Great River Play-K — non-academic Kindergarten experience for 5 yr olds, Mondays in Mt. Washington, and Wednesdays in Mt. Healthy, from 9:00am-1:00pm, priority to siblings enrolled in One-Day programs
Great River One-Days — Art, Picture Study, Nature Study, Composer Study, Poetry, Hymns and Songs, Recitation, Bible, Literature, Numeracy, and Handwork on Mondays in Mt. Washington, Wednesdays in Mt. Healthy, for children ages 6-11
Great River Cottage School — Lessons from “Mason’s Alveary” on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for students ages 6-11 (Lower School) and on Tuesdays and Thursdays for students ages 13-15 (Upper School) from 9:00am-1:00pm in Mt. Healthy only
Great River Learning is part of the larger Great River Community, which offers networking with Charlotte Mason educators nationally and internationally for retreats, conferences, and continuing education through the Charlotte Mason Institute , private Facebook page — Request to join, “Great River Community: Charlotte Mason in Cincinnati” and answer a few questions to share ideas and inspiration for life and learning, Mason in the Morning — meet-ups for adults who preside over children’s learning in order to read and discuss Charlotte Mason’s works and experience her practices through demonstration (dates and location announced on Great River Community’s Facebook page) and Great River Community Co-op — parents attend with and teach their children in this traditional co-op.
